IT Solutek and COVID-19

We received an email from Google My Business encouraging us to communicate on how we deal with the spread of COVID-19. We thought this would be a good idea, to openly communicate. Yet, to do so on our website and social media accounts instead of only our Google Business Profile.

Based on the current situation and the recommendations from the authorities in the UK, we remain open as usual. However, if you have a health condition or advanced in age, we will encourage you to use our remote assistance option when suitable. We can assure that we do the best we can to prevent the spread of infection.

If you are quarantined, obviously we will only use our remote assistance option. Unless you have a hardware issue, many IT problems can be solved remotely. If you have a hardware issue, we may still be able to guide you through over the phone.

We will keep updating you for any changes in the near future. This will include how we adapt our work with the latest update from the authorities.
